I was raised in Post Falls, but left to go to college in Southern California when I was eighteen. I then moved to Arizona, where I attended the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics. I have been a licensed esthetician for the past twelve years with an emphasis on health, beauty, and well-being. In the past few years, I have really honed my focus to helping others achieve their goals through a variety of offerings, including body contouring, nutritional coaching, red light therapy, and teeth whitening.
My personal journey through motherhood and perimenopause saw me struggling to see results, even though I exercised regularly and kept a good diet. I began searching for ways to achieve my own goals, and soon I was seeing my body change in very positive ways. I am now proud to offer those same services and products to others who may be feeling the same way.
